1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of The Blue Hotel Izmir website (www.thebluehotelizmir.com) and your stays at our hotel. By using our site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservation and Payment

• To confirm a reservation, payment of the first night's accommodation fee as a deposit or guarantee with a valid credit card may be required.
• All our prices include VAT and other applicable local taxes.
• Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability and may incur an extra charge.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For standard reservations, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date are free of charge, and the paid amount will be refunded. Cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be made for non-refundable promotional reservations. In case of late cancellations or no-show, the first night's accommodation fee will be charged.

4. Hotel Rules and Accommodation

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and rooms of our hotel. In case of violation, a deep cleaning fee will be charged to your bill.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in our hotel (Guide dogs are exceptions, please contact us in advance).
• Visitors: For security reasons, unregistered guests are not allowed in the rooms. All visitors must register at the reception.
• Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property due to their own use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of valuables left by guests in their rooms or public areas. Please use the room safes. Guests using our parking area understand and accept that the hotel accepts no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur to their vehicles.
